1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Festival of Rewards – Trade More & Win More Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available during these dates, based on system time ("Promotion Period"):

• Early Opt-in Period: 10 October 2025 to 30 November 2025
• Promotion Period: 10 October 2025 to 9 December 2025

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP trading account with Vantage. All other account types are ineligible for this Promotion.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions as determined by Vantage.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or App,
• Meet the minimum trading requirement as specified in the Bonus or Reward Structure.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• There are two parts in this Promotion.

  Clients who opted into this Promotion during the Early Opt-in Period (10 October 2025 to 30 November 2025) will be eligible for both parts.

  Clients who opted into this Promotion after the Early Opt-in Period (1 December 2025 to 9 December 2025) will be eligible for Part 1 - Lot Rewards only.

Part 1 - Lot Rewards:

• Clients will receive a $5 cashback for every 5 standard lots within the Promotion Period.
• Only closed trades on eligible CFD products opened for 3 minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion. Eligible CFD products are Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil and BTCUSD.
• Cashback will be credited daily to the clients’ nominated trading accounts. Any lots less than 5 will be carried over to the next day.

Part 2 - Additional Bonus Slabs Rewards:

• Eligible clients will receive one (1) prize, corresponding to the highest tier achieved based on their closed lots traded during the Promotion Period.

• Only closed trades on eligible CFD products opened for 3 minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion. Eligible CFD products are Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil and BTCUSD.
• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify eligible clients via email within 20 business days.
• Clients must respond and submit the required personal details within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
• Clients must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate the shipping of their prize. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by them. The information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy.
• Prizes will be dispatched within 15 business days of the date of received client delivery details. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond Vantage's control.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or to offer a cash equivalent of up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, including withholding any cashback or prize from a participant account. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the Promotion. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion, including the receipt, use, or inability to receive prizes or cashback. Vantage's liability is limited to the total value of prizes or cashback awarded to the individual participant under this Promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Cashback refers to the monetary reward granted to eligible clients based on their trading lots specified in the Promotion’s terms.

5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP. Cent accounts, Premium, ECN, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

4. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

5. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

6. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
